Noel is a Qualified Guide in conducting Outdoor Recreation Activities (including abseiling & challenge ropes courses) which is recognised by the National Training Authority. Noel is also trained in self-rescue and team rescue skills
Experience in the heavy construction industry for a number of years operating cranes, he holds first and second class crane operator tickets.
Noel possesses extensive experience in ropes course design and operation since 1990 with an excellent safety record.
